  Goal of BAG
-
BAG provides value added services to entrepreneurs and venture
investors who are alumni from all five CTU / JTU campuses or friends
and associates referred by alumni.

  Organization of BAG
-
BAG consists of 5-7 members selected by the managing board of CTUAA/JTUAA -
NC among CTUAA/JTUAA members based on the following qualifications:
- Have an MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited U.S. institution.
- Have over 5 years of post graduation industry experience with at least 1
year in a business management position in a U.S. based high-technology
company.
- Have the experience, capability, willingness, and dedication to provide
this service to CTUAA/JTUAA community.
All BAG members serve on two-year terms. A group leader is elected by all
BAG members and serves a one-year term. The leader can be re-elected.
The leader reports to the executiveboard through the President of
CTUAA/JTUAA-NC.

  Advisors to BAG
-
The managing and supervisory board of CTUAA/JTUAA will invite certain number
of alumni who are professional VCs or established entrepreneurs to serve as
advisors to BAG.

  Scope of Services
-
BAG will provide a wide range of value added services according to a separate
operating Guideline.

  Cost of Services
-
BAG will provide a combination of free and fee-based services in accordance
with the Operating Guideline. A portion of the fees generated will be
retained by CTUAA/JTUAA-NC to reimburse operation support provided to the
BAG, including office lease, office supply and other reasonable cost.

  Legal Indemnification
-
BAG will exercise a standard service agreement with potential clients before
service commencement, and will request the client to indemnify both BAG
members and CTUAA/JTUAA-NC from any potential legal liabilities arising
from such services.
