Mr. Ye brings 10 years of management and consulting experience in a broad
range of business and technology disciplines. He is currently in charge of
developing and implementing marketing strategies for Cadence, the world's
largest electronic design automation products and services company. He also
plays an important role in Cadence's new market development efforts,
including the China growth strategy. Prior to Cadence, he worked for
Cisco Systems as a market development manager and PricewaterhouseCoopers,
where he spent six years advising high-tech. companies based in the U.S. and
Asia on a wide array of business and financial strategy issues, ranging from
venture financing, IPO, mergers and acquisition, business reorganization to
global expansion. He co-founded a Silicon Valley based incubator for
high-tech. companies in China in 1999 and serves as an advisor for several
other high-tech. start-up companies in the U.S. In his 10 years of business
career, he has developed extensive contacts in the venture capital and other
business communities in both the U.S. and China.
Mr. Ye received his MBA from Harvard Business School and BSEE from Shanghai
Jiao Tong University, China. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a
Certified Management Accountant.

Julius Chen |

Mr. Chen brings 7 years of networking, management consulting, marketing and
government work experience. He is currently managing OEM outsourcing projects
for Cisco Systems. He does new product introduction projects, research supply
chain initiatives, conduct technology and supplier base evaluation, negotiate
and contract outsourcing deals. Prior to Cisco, he was co-founder and CEO of
the b2b commodity chemical exchange Chemease based in Shanghai, China. Before
business school, Mr. Chen also worked for Booz.Allen & Hamilton, Norvartis
and China National Students' Association.
Mr. Chen received his MBA from Harvard Business School and BS from Shanghai
Jiao Tong University, China. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate.

Before joining Crimson, Darren was the VP of Business Development at
iCareAsia, a healthcare solutions provider, where he was involved in
initiating and negotiating cooperation structure, in charge of strategic
investment and merger/acquisition activities, and setting up operation in
Beijing, China. Prior to iCareAsia, Darren was a senior investment officer
at InveStar Capital, a venture capital firm with more than $300 million under
management. Darren was previously a Manager at W.I. Carr Securities and
Manager at Grand Cathay Securities.
Darren received an M.B.A and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Michigan.

Mr. Calvin Wang has over five years experience in high tech marketing,
business development and consulting. He is currently working at Siebel
Systems as Senior Product Manager, his work emcompasses product
positioning/communications and competitive strategy for Siebel's
industry-leading Sales Force Automation solution, in addition to supporting
deals having large revenue impact. He started with Siebel as a Product
Manager of eCustomer, a product in Siebel's Interactive Selling Suite product
family, where he developed Market Requirement Documents and oversaw the
development process. After that he helped jump-start the Strategic Selling
Group, a group within Siebel which focuses on developing sales tools and
providing sales support for Siebel's field sales force. Prior to Siebel,
Calvin worked as a business development manager at Cambridge-based
Intonetworks.com (www.intonetworks.com) where he led the effort to strike
the first international alliance (in Singapore.) Calvin also worked at
PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant in Washington DC and
Unisys Corporation in China. Calvin holds a MBA degree from Harvard Business
School and BSEE from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Mr. Huang has over six years experience in high tech sales/marketing and
management consulting before he joined PeopleSoft. He is currently a director
of product marketing in PeopleSoft and responsible for developing and
implementing marketing strategy for PeopleSoft CRM solution in Asia/Pacific
region. Prior to PeopleSoft, he worked for Siebel systems and developed the
product strategy for Siebel sales force automation solution. Prior to Siebel,
he was the co-founder and CEO of an Internet startup based in Shanghai.
Mr. Huang also worked for The Boston Consulting Group where he helped develop
the China marketing strategy for a Fortune 100 company. Before B-school, Mr.
Huang worked for Hewlett-Packard UNIX division and he developed the
distribution channel in eastern China from a scratch to US$ 50 Million
business.
Mr. Huang received his MBA from University of Chicago and BSEE from Shanghai
JiaoTong University.

Dr. Yang is the Director of Marketing at Timbre Technologies Inc., a Tokyo
Electron Company. He joined Timbre at its start-up stage as Vice President
of Marketing, and provided key contribution to the introduction of an optical
device measurement technique to the semiconductor industry and Timbre's
acquisition by the world's number two semiconductor equipment company Tokyo
Electron Ltd. He worked as a strategic marketing manager in Therma-Wave Inc.
before joining Timbre, working on the strategic partner development and IPO
activities of Therma-Wave. Dr. Yang also worked at Advanced Micro Devices as
a member of technical staff in semiconductor process development. Dr. Yang
holds a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering and a MBA degree
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a M.S. degree in Mechanical
Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a B.S. degree in
Materials Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in
China.
